Terms of use
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms apply to Tumble's website, apps, and workspace services, provided by the Tumble team. By using Tumble, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to dev@futurepicnic.com.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in access, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. If you use Tumble for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Workspace owners and administrators manage membership and access; information you share is available to its authorized recipients.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you bring to Tumble. You give us permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use and follow your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, or process that content. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
Connected services and AI
Calendar, Mail, and other integrations depend on third-party services and the permissions you grant. Those providers may require reauthorization or change availability. Their terms also apply to your use of their services.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review generated work and proposed actions before relying on them, especially actions that send messages, change data, or affect other people. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you give assistants and for reviewing their results.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tumble for unlawful activity, infringement, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, or distributing harmful software. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect the service, or meet legal requirements.
Availability and changes
Tumble is currently distributed privately and may change as it develops. Features can be updated or discontinued. We provide the service as available and do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Keep independent copies of information you need to preserve. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Leaving Tumble
You can stop using Tumble and disconnect third-party services. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact dev@futurepicnic.com. Retention and shared-content considerations are explained in the privacy policy. Disconnecting an integration does not itself delete content held by its provider.
Updates to these terms
Changes will be published here with an updated effective date. We will communicate material changes through the app or another appropriate channel. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service.
